Lobster Ceviche

We offer our lobster ceviche as one of our 6 courses throughout Cape Breton Island's Lobster Season.  Our lobster is harvested fresh each day. We use only female lobsters here in our kitchen which allows us to harvest their fresh roe that adds a distinct texture and flavour to our ceviche. Our lobsters are harvested right in the Bras d'Or Lake located at the front of our farm. Chef Cherie hand picks each lobster. Welcome to Cape Breton Island!
